CU SKIN Clean-Up Retinol Activator 0.5% is a facial rejuvenation serum. A product containing encapsulated vitamin A in the form of retinol. Thanks to oleosom technology, it is able to qualitatively improve the condition of the skin in case of problems: hyperpigmentation, deep and fine wrinkles, loss of skin turgor and elasticity, acne and hyperkeratosis. Oleosomes are naturally occurring spheres found in oilseeds.
They are a delivery system for the smooth release of retinol into the skin, this minimizes side effects and alleviates or eliminates the irritating side effect of retinoids. CU SKIN scientific research has resulted in an effective formula using the combination of retinol with oleosomes technology + ferulic acid, which is an innovative technology that expands the use of the product even on reactive skin.

Key ingredients
Retinol (Vitamin A) – Helps collagen synthesis to make skin elastic, exfoliating care, Wrinkle improvement, Elasticity, Brightening, and pore care, Prevention of photoaging.
Ferulic Acid – Protects the skin from free radicals, helps manage pigmentation to make clear and clean skin tone
Hydresia G2 (=Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes) – relieve irritation, moisturizing effect
Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil – moisturizing effect, Improve moisture retention
Boswellia Serrata Extract – elasticity improvement, sebum control, anti-inflammation effect
Coptis Japonica Extract – moisturizing effect, anti-oxidant effect,
How to use: apply the serum (1- 1.5 pump presses) on cleansed and protonated dry skin, spread over the skin of the face, neck and décolleté with massaging lines. Leave the retinol to work for 20-30 minutes, then apply the cream according to the skin type. Use Clean-Up Retinol Activator 0.5% in the evening and be sure to apply a high SPF sunscreen in the morning to protect against A and B rays. Retinol and other forms of vitamin A are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

** Precautions when using retinol**
 Avoid using together with scrub and peeling products (AHA/BHA/PHA)
Avoid using immediately after cosmetic procedures
Slight tingling, redness, or raised dead skin cells when using retinol products are caused by skin turnover. However, if the dead skin cells are severely raised, the skin is in a sensitive state.
Since it contains retinol, please use it with caution if you are sensitive to this ingredient or have a history of allergy.
